Who we are

This website is operated by Datakmon SRL, CUI [CUI], registered with the Trade Register under [J40/…/…], with its registered office at [Registered office address], Bucharest, Romania (“DATAKMON”, “we”). What data we collect

• Data you send us by email: name, work email, company and the content of your message.
• Technical data processed automatically by our hosting provider to deliver the site securely (IP address, browser type, request time), kept in server logs for a limited period.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and the site does not load fonts or scripts from third-party trackers.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and discuss a potential collaboration — your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
• To keep the website secure and available — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 2 years after our last interaction, unless a contract requires a longer period. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is only processed by providers that help us run this website and our email (hosting and email services), under data processing agreements. If data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time.
